El Gaucho opened for business Tuesday evening in the City Center Plaza building. The elegant 2-story, 12,000 sq ft restaurant was packed Tuesday night for their soft launch opening.
The first thing you’ll notice upon arriving is the towering ceiling! The restaurant accommodates 215 guests between the dining room, lounge, and patio. In addition, El Gaucho will have 6 private dining rooms available for private parties.
The great ambiance within El Gaucho features a “1950’s retro-swank” atmosphere, accompanied by a nightly piano bar which was in full effect on Tuesday.
El Gaucho, known for it’s 28-Day Dry-Aged Certified Angus Beef Prime, now has its 4th location in Bellevue. Other locations include Seattle, Tacoma, and Portland.
So whether you go in for a steak ranging from $26 – $62, or happy hour that is daily from 3-6pm, El Gaucho is a perfect place to enjoy over the holidays and beyond.
This is a great addition to the Bellevue scene. Complimenting Daniel’s and Ruth Chris – more excellent steaks for the Eastside. The perfect place for a romantic evening and hopefully a few happy hours.
A great addition and a major step towards a vibrant nightlife in downtown Bellevue.
