Acai Bowl Brand OAKBERRY Now Open at Bellevue’s Food Hall

OAKBERRY has officially opened its doors in Lincoln Square South, situated inside Lincoln South Food Hall. This marks the acai brand’s first location in the Pacific Northwest.

The new shop is located at 500 Bellevue Way Northeast, Suite 250.

OAKBERRY is a global acai brand with more than 900 stores across over 40 countries, and this opening marks the company’s first location in Washington State.

The menu centers on acai bowls and smoothies, with bowls served with unlimited toppings so customers can build their own combination. The acai itself is imported from the Amazon region of Brazil and is made without food coloring, artificial preservatives, or guarana syrup.

The Bellevue location is run by PNW Oak Services LLC, a Washington-based franchisee of the brand.

What Else Is at Lincoln South Food Hall

The food hall offers a mix of coffee, bubble tea, burgers, sushi, Korean BBQ bowls, and street tacos.

OAKBERRY joins a lineup of fast-casual concepts at Lincoln South Food Hall, located on the second floor of Lincoln Square South. Current tenants include DOTE Coffee Bar, Drip Tea, Great State Burger, Mix Sushi Bar, Seoul Bowl, and West Coast Tacos.

A Food Hall That’s Reinvented Itself

Lincoln South Food Hall originally opened in late 2022 as a casual dining alternative within The Bellevue Collection. By the summer of 2023, it had closed and reopened with a nearly all-new set of restaurants.

The refreshed food hall relaunched on June 28, 2023, bringing in concepts that were new to Bellevue after building followings elsewhere in the Seattle area — including Drip Tea, Seoul Bowl, and West Coast Tacos, alongside Wonderbowl, which had been part of the original lineup. Burbs Burgers, a smash burger concept from the Huxley Wallace Collective, was announced as “coming soon” at the time.

Kemper McQuaid, vice president of leasing for The Bellevue Collection, said the goal was to bring in restaurants new to Bellevue that had already found popularity elsewhere in the Seattle area. The reopened hall settled into hours of 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, timed to catch the return of office workers to Downtown Bellevue.

Since that 2023 relaunch, the roster has continued to evolve, with concepts like Great State Burger and Mix Sushi Bar joining the mix, and now OAKBERRY, bringing acai bowls and smoothies to the space for the first time.
