The Hyatt Regency Bellevue’s new breakfast restaurant, temporarily known as Whisk 425, has settled on a permanent name: Eques.
Breakfast dishes at eques feature a northwest flair. The menu includes Signature Eggs Benedict served three ways, Honeycrisp Apple Stuffed French Toast, and gluten-free “425” Pork & Eggs. Guests can order a Mimosa, Bloody Mary, or Italian coffee for $3.
In the afternoons and evenings, eques can be booked for lunch banquets or special events.
The restaurant, open for breakfast daily, is situated on the second floor of the Hyatt’s Wintergarden atrium at 900 Bellevue Way Northeast.
How is the name pronounced? Eek, or eeks?
Wasn’t the old restaurant there called the same?
I like it now that they changed their name to Eques. It is not everyday that we get to pass the resto and memorize the long name that they have. Eques is very easy to memorize and it will be remembered easily as well.
