A new apartment complex is being built on NE 12th St in Downtown Bellevue. The project named “Park Metro” will play home to 78 new luxury apartment homes. The project is currently pre-leasing and slated for a fall 2013 opening according to the company’s website.
The units include studio, one and two bedroom homes ranging from just under 400 square feet to over 1,150 square feet. The project will feature a roof top terrace with barbecue and 360 degree view of the city.
