Seven years after the first pre-sale, Bellevue Towers has now sold and closed all 539 homes within the two condo towers. Bellevue Towers began their pre-sale in October of 2006, and had residents move-in as early as the beginning of 2009.
According to MLS records the last home to sell was the 4-bedroom, 6,397 square foot South Tower penthouse for $4.5M, a large discount from what had once been listed north of $9M.
