Directly across the street from The Bravern at 11011 NE 9th St, construction has begun on the the real estate project, Alley 111. The project will feature 11 floors of residential apartments, and one floor of retail. There will be 260 apartments and 6,222 square feet of retail space. Amenities for the residents will include a large rooftop and a lantern room.
Additional renderings have been released on their website for what the project will look like once complete. The project is slated to be complete in September 2015, and will start pre-leasing the apartments in June 2015.
