By March 2020 DBN was previewing the finished building — a rooftop deck with territorial views of downtown, the Cascades and the Olympics, a yoga studio, a fitness center and a pet spa — ahead of an April 2020 completion, with Paragon Real Estate Advisors named as the developer and Hewitt as architect.
