ONVO Cup 2010: Higher
An 8-week team challenge to better health. Get education on how to build healthy eating habits, motivation from activities and 1-on-1 support, and inspiration through team challenges and personal goals. Each week is highlighted by a theme:

Week 1 – Mini-Cleanse: Clean up and clean out to jumpstart the New Year with an onvo mini-cleanse. Instructions for this gentle cleanse will be given at the kick-off on January 14th.

Week 2 – Real Food Week: Learn what real foods are and how to avoid eating them for one week. We will especially focus on helping you learn about GMO-foods and food additives.

Week 3 – The onvo cook-off: Teams present their best onvo-worthy Super Bowl dish for judging. Even better? All teams taste and get to take home all the recipes!

Week 4 – Unplugged: Though great, being constantly wired can be exhausting. We’ll give you 3 ways to unplug this week to help recharge your battery.

Week 5 – Good Samaritan Week: Go higher this week and look for ways to help others. Earn bonus points for being a Good Samaritan with our assigned task.

Week 6 – Red Light-Green Light: Play the ticket game to increase vegetables, decrease sweets and get moving more during this active week.

Week 7 – Higher: We will ask you to go higher this week by completing your Team Goal.

Week 8 – The onvo games: Teams compete in a fun, active and outdoor-oriented competition great for everyone.

Cost: $199 (w/ the option to pay $99.50/month); family rate of $500 (includes 2 adults and 2 kids) – also ask about Distance Pricing and participating via Skype/email.
