The Bravern Residences Apartment Homes made an announcement Tuesday, communicating that for a limited time if a new renter signs a 14-month or longer lease they will not have to pay rent until February 2011.
In October The Bravern Residences reallocated the remainder of their units from condos to apartments in the North Tower after 65% of The Bravern’s apartment homes had been leased out during the previous 6 months.
