Cupcake Royal, which is traditionally known for their tasty and irresistible cupcakes, has added 14 “bakeshop” & “cupcakes’n’cream” inspired ice cream to their menu at cafes, including the Bellevue Way location. Although Downtown Bellevue has a variety of frozen yogurt locations, it lacks many casual ice cream shops. Adding ice cream to their menu will diversify their selection for customers, and likely boost business during the soon-to-be warm summer months.
