Avenue Bellevue, the two-tower luxury condo, hotel and retail project, celebrated the launch of sales for its “Residences” in late November. The West Tower, that features 224 residences, are now more than 30% sold.
The “Residences” in the West Tower range from studios to two-bedroom homes and will include views of the downtown skyline, high-end Italian materials, onsite amenities like dining, shopping in Avenue’s Plaza, private lounges, a fitness room, valet service and more.
There are still homes available starting at $899,000. To see a model until in person, visit the Avenue Bellevue Residences Presentation Center in downtown Bellevue, which has a fully built-out two-bedroom model unit.
The South Tower will include 98 estate homes. Available units will range from one to three bedrooms. Residents at this Tower will have access to InterContinental Hotel services and more.
The project is planned to open in 2022. It is currently under construction. The presentation center for Avenue Bellevue Residences is located at 810 102nd Avenue Northeast.
