Week of Cheer: Support a Local Bellevue Restaurant Each Day of the Week

Local Bellevue businesses need our support now more than ever. Bellevue Downtown Association, in partnership with local restaurants, have developed with a creative way of supporting one restaurant per day the week of December 14 – 20. Along with ordering light bites, entrees and more, community members and others are encouraged to pick up pre-mixed beverages or DIY kits for the “Cocktail Week of Cheer”. The recommended cocktails and restaurants are below.

Monday
520 Bar & Grill
Featured cocktail: Monday is for Main Street. 520’s recommended drink of choice? The Main Street Old Fashioned.

Tuesday
Mercato Stellina
Featured cocktail: Word on the street is that Mercato Stellina’s Italian Greyhound has gained a cult following.

Wednesday
Cielo Cocina
Featured cocktail: What is the perfect mid-week cocktail? A margarita. Their Cadillac Margaritas are made with fresh citrus and homemade sour mix.

Thursday
Paddy Coyne’s
Featured cocktail: Pairing perfectly with their Irish food, the recommended drink of choice is Paddy Coyne’s’ Whiskey Mule.

Friday
Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi
Featured cocktail: Ascend has pre-made cocktail kits “Perfect 10” ready for pickup.

Seastar Restaurant & Raw Bar
Featured cocktail: One of their recommended take-home cocktails is their hand-crafted tropical Mai Tai.

Sunday
Bis on Main
Featured cocktail: Make your favorite drink with their “be your own bartender” at-home kits. Order a pairing of your choice and the restaurant will provide what you need.
