Local brewery, Bellevue Brewing Company, applied for a permit from the City of Bellevue in the summer of 2021. The address for the location is located within The Spring District at 1285 122nd Avenue Northeast.
Bellevue Brewing Company is the first, locally owned craft brewery in Bellevue. They have beer, wine, and hard ciders.
This is their second location to open. It is named “Brewpub”. Their first location is located on 130th Avenue Northeast. It opened in 2012.
They recently gave an update on Instagram. It reads that “The brewing mezzanine is being worked on. Up on the catwalk and mezzanine we’ll be housing our mill, grist case, and boiler room! The new awnings for our roll up doors have also been installed. New floors are scheduled to be installed next.”
Brewpub is planned to open in late 2022. It will feature an expansive outdoor beer garden and 1st floor restaurant and brewery space. Floors 2 and 3 above the brewery will be creative office space. Both floors are leased.
The Spring District is a transit-oriented development and neighborhood. It is composed of 16 blocks and 26-acres. The location of this development is near the future East Link Light Rail, which is scheduled to open in 2023.
