Commercial real estate investor, Capstone Partners, recently received Design Review approval from the City of Bellevue for their 12-story office tower. The location is 305 108th Avenue Northeast. Compass Real Estate used to reside in this building.
“305 Office Tower” will consist of 205,855 square feet of office space, 1,307 square feet of retail, and 342 below-grade parking spaces. In total, the site is .78 acres.
The office tower will be replacing the current two-story building that was originally built in 1979. It will be 187 feet tall.
Capstone Partners submitted the application for Design Review in January 2022. PGIM and Capstone Partners bought the property from Dana Group for $32.5 million.
Fana Group had first planned a condominium tower of 34-stories, referred to as “ParqHouse”. It included 274 residential multi-family units. Plans for the site had received Design Review approval before the land was sold.
Bellevue-based architecture firm, Freheit Architecture, has designed the project.
