Bellevue Investors IV LLC, which is a part of Vulcan Real Estate, recently broke ground in mid-March on their multifamily residential project. Located where Taco Time had previously been, the address for the development is 201 Northeast 106th Avenue Northeast.
The residential project will be 11 stories with 1,620 square feet of office space, and 2,104 square feet of retail space. It will be made up of 180 units. Amenities for the building will include a club room and courtyard. There will also be 162 parking spaces.
Encore Architects is the designer for the project. They have also worked on projects like Blu Bellevue and Surrey on Main.
The existing structures that were demolished included Taco Time, Michael’s Fine Dry Cleaning, and Roses & Kennedy Lamp & Shade.
Taco Time in Downtown Bellevue officially closed in May 2022. The building was first constructed in 1979.
Construction was originally slated to begin in August 2022. The targeted completion date is in 2024.
