Snowflake Lane will return to downtown Bellevue this year for its 21st season. The nightly holiday parade runs from Friday, November 28 through Wednesday, December 24 along Bellevue Way between NE 4th and NE 8th Streets.
Presented by The Bellevue Collection and the Kemper Freeman family, the event features nightly performances beginning at 7 p.m. Visitors can watch from designated viewing areas along Lincoln Square and on both sides of Bellevue Way.
The production includes a cast of more than 250 performers and features toy drummers, dancers, snow princesses, and other holiday characters. It also includes falling snow created by more than 50 snow machines, live drumming, music, and candy giveaways.
Produced by Greg Thompson Productions, Snowflake Lane has grown from a small sidewalk performance in 2005 into one of the region’s largest recurring holiday events. An estimated 400,000 people visit the parade each year.
The Bellevue Collection will also host additional holiday programming, including:
- Santa Photos at Snowflake Lane Factory (Nov. 28–Dec. 24): Located inside Bellevue Square Center Court.
- Bellevue Place Wintergarden Tree Lighting (Nov. 28): Tree lighting ceremony following the first parade night, with Santa and live music.
- Snowflake Lane Getaway Hotel Packages: Overnight guests at Hyatt Regency Bellevue, The Westin Bellevue, or W Bellevue receive a $100 Bellevue Collection gift card per night stayed.
- Holiday Entertainment (Dec. 1–5 and Dec. 8–12): Local school choirs and orchestras will perform at Bellevue Square Center Court.
- Season of Celebrations (Nov. 24–Dec. 24): An interactive 20-foot digital display inside Bellevue Square highlighting global winter holidays.
