The Bellevue Farmers Market will eliminate their Saturday Market, and will continue with their Thursday Market, according to market organizers.
The reason for eliminating the Saturday Market is due to staffing changes and limited resources, according to a recent blog post from the organization. The Saturday market in recent years has been hosted in downtown Bellevue at the Bellevue Connection (previously titled Bellevue Galleria) as well as NE 6th St. This change leaves downtown Bellevue absent from hosting a farmers market.
The Thursday Market will take place where it has in past years at the parking lot of the Bellevue Presbyterian Church from 3:00 – 7:00 PM May 12, 2016 – Oct. 27, 2016.
