Bosa Development has announced it will break ground in early 2017 on a new luxury condo tower, One88. The project is located at Bellevue Way NE and NE 2nd St.
As previously reported the building will be 21-stories with 147 units. The project is planed for opening in early 2019.
Bosa Development recently completed Insignia condo tower in downtown Seattle. This will be the first condo tower built since the Washington Square and Bellevue Towers were constructed a decade ago.
