According to Geekwire, WeWork recently announced that they will be opening their first “Headquarters” concept for the region in Bellevue at Summit II Building on Northeast 4th Street. Headquarters is a new offering from WeWork that caters to medium-sized businesses that want to be able to have fully private, personalized, and flexible workspace.

The location will offer 14,500 square feet on the sixth floor of the Summit II Building, where WeWork currently leases five other floors. Headquarters offers smaller floor plans than WeWork is traditionally known for, starting at 10,000 square feet versus 60,000 square feet or more.

WeWork recently launched Headquarters last summer in both New York and San Francisco. The new program offers flexible lease terms, as well as tech and security support. To save on cost, it does not offer perks like an onsite community manager.

The workspace is set to open this coming winter.
