US Alliance Gateway, LLC and Encore Architects has received approval for their design review and master development plan. Their multi-building project is planned for 11100 Main Street.

The project titled Broadstone Bellevue Gateway, consists of three buildings in one phase. This includes a 22-story independent living tower comprised of 155 units, and two 7-story multifamily buildings, featuring 190 units. There will be a total of 345 units and approximately 8,000 square feet of ground floor with restaurant and retail space. 209 underground parking stalls will be provided.

Broadstone Bellevue Gateway will also feature an outdoor public plaza and public pedestrian through block connection all built over two levels of underground parking. Two of the buildings share their entrance lobby, leasing office, and amenity spaces.

There is a two-story office building that is occupied by Windermere Real Estate. Before Windermere, the site was originally occupied by Lexus of Bellevue.

According to the permit for the project, completion is scheduled for November 2023.
