Winner of Eater’s Best New Omakase restaurant, Takai’s takeaway Omakase, has debuted and will be limited to only 20 boxes per day. Each box is filled with Chef’s curated premium nigiri sushi, sashimi, chirashi and seasonal sides.
Ed Kashiba, Managing Director of Takai by Kashiba, said the primary focus was making sure the quality of the food was not compromised in the takeaway process, “We received many requests for a takeaway option from our guests who don’t always have the chance to dine-in.
After many test trials with Chef Jun to ensure the quality met our standards, we gave it the green-light.”
