Shake Shack at Bellevue Square is officially opening its doors on June 18th at 10:30 am, according to a press release. The address is 503 Bellevue Way Northeast.
The Bellevue Square Shack will feature classics like the iconic ShackBurger, crinkle-cut fries and hand-spun shakes. Additionally, there will be seasonal offerings. At the moment, Shake Shack has its Summer BBQ menu, featuring options like the Smoky Classic BBQ Burger, Carolina BBQ Burger with Fried Pickles, and BBQ (Cheese) Fries.
Guests can dine in the restaurant and order directly on-site. Patrons will also have the option to pre-order digitally for pickup or delivery through the Shack app.
This location will be the 6th Shake Shack in Washington state to open. Its hours are 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 10:30 a.m.-12:00 a.m. Friday-Saturday.
On opening day, the first wave of guests will receive custom Shake Shack swag. In addition, as a part of the eatery’s larger mission to Stand for Something Good®, Shake Shack will be donating $1 for every sandwich sold at the Bellevue Square Shack on June 18th to Harvest Against Hunger.
Harvest Against Hunger supports the work of farmers, truckers, volunteers, and others to bring valuable skills and resources into hunger relief efforts in communities across Washington state.
This location was previously Blue C. Sushi, which closed in 2019. The company reported that there were unexpected financial circumstances that contributed to the closing. Employees reportedly received an email announcing the closure and termination of all positions at the restaurant.
