For a 5,000 – 6,500 sq.ft., $6.5 million home, a 2-car garages seems a bit skimpy. Perhaps they’re double depth?
They are gorgeous structures in the renderings though, and the location is fantastic.
The development looks lovely….BUT many more well designed smaller houses, attached or detached would have been great!!. Seniors looking to stay in Bellevue, starter couples/singles wanting less space and garden work, young families etc etc….
I hope the city allows and encourages different housing types everywhere in the city.
What will these massive houses be in the future?….Boarding houses? Rentals?/
Several now are empty and not cared for in my neighborhood.
Why not build duplexes, each half the size of these huge homes??
My neighborhood hardly has any one level homes left, and those that are smaller are rentals waiting to be torn down!
We have to get real about affordable housing!!!
