The Avenue in Bellevue is launching an exciting new series of events called “First Saturdays at the Avenue,” set to kick off this Saturday, September 7, and continue on October 5 and November 2. The event will be held from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Avenue and Intercontinental Hotel Plaza, located at 10300 NE 8th Street, Bellevue 98004.
Each First Saturday will feature a curated selection of local vendors showcasing unique products and offerings.
Participating Vendors:
- MR. Studio will present Slush Club Ceramics, known for its distinctive ceramic pieces that blend functionality with artistic expression.
- Brume will spotlight Shannon Koszyk Handcrafted Jewelry, offering beautifully crafted jewelry pieces that are both elegant and timeless.
- Fleur will feature bud vases by 1of1 Collective, whose Instagram presence highlights their unique and artistic approach to vase design.
- Jo Malone London will be showcasing hand-painted perfume bottles.
Food Trucks:
Attendees can enjoy food and beverages from local food trucks, including:
- Pizzeria 22, is known for its delectable pizzas made from high-quality ingredients.
- Drink Mora, which will offer a variety of refreshing beverages and coffee options.

Avenue Bellevue has recently announced that all penthouses have been sold, with the latest sale being Penthouse 2603. This 2,871-square-foot unit was purchased for $8,975,000. However, there are still studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom homes available at both Avenue Residences and Avenue Estates.
The ultra-luxury InterContinental Bellevue at The Avenue opened its doors in July 2024. Marking the brand’s first domestic launch since 2017, this is also the first InterContinental hotel to debut in the Pacific Northwest. Located at the intersection of Northeast 8th Street and Bellevue Way, the hotel offers 208 rooms, with rates ranging from $500 to $7,200 per night. The InterContinental Bellevue boasts 12,000 square feet of event space, including a grand ballroom of 4,250 square feet and a junior ballroom of 2,400 square feet, spread across nine rooms.
