Artly Coffee is set to open at West Main, a mixed-use development located at 85-105 106th Ave NE in Bellevue. This will be Artly’s first location on the Eastside, joining a lineup of culinary offerings in the area.
The coffee shop will utilize Barista Bots, which are trained to prepare various drinks using deep learning AI and computer vision. The coffee beans will be roasted by Joe Yang, the current U.S. barista champion, who also trained the robots in drink preparation. This technology aims to ensure consistent quality in every cup.
West Main is an Amazon-anchored development featuring three towers: two 17-story towers and a central 16-story tower, organized around a common podium. The podium includes approximately 34,000 square feet of retail space and provides easy access to freeways and public transportation, including the Bellevue Transit Center and two light rail stations.
Other retailers at West Main include La Mar Cocina Peruana Bellevue, known for its focus on traditional Peruvian seafood dishes, and Tapster, a self-pour tasting room that opened in June 2024. A Chinese Sichuan-style hot pot restaurant, Shoo Loong Kan, is also set to open in Tower 2, marking its first West Coast location.
