This new store marks the 12th Eastside location for Mercurys Coffee Co. The company, which was founded in 1998 by Morgan Harris, began with its first shop in Woodinville. Other locations include the Bellevue Roastery & Bakery on Northeast 20th Street, as well as shops in Kirkland, Woodinville, Bothell, Redmond, Sammamish, and Fall City.

At the new Bellevue City Center location, Mercurys offers a wide variety of coffee drinks. Customers can choose from hot, iced, and blended beverages, including popular options like vanilla lattes, caramel macchiatos, and Americanos. The shop also serves signature drinks such as the Mexican mocha, honey cardamom latte, and frosted cinnamon roll.

Tea drinkers can enjoy a selection of tea lattes, including the espresso chai latte and traditional chai tea, as well as tea creations like the blue-pom black tea and organic tropical green tea. For those looking for something refreshing, the menu includes a variety of smoothies, cold brew coffee, and energy elixirs.

The food menu at Mercurys Coffee Co. features a selection of breakfast sandwiches, quiches, and sandwiches like egg salad and turkey havarti. Additionally, customers can enjoy a selection of croissants.

The coffee shop prides itself on using all-natural, minimally processed, and certified organic ingredients in their coffee, ensuring a high-quality product for customers.

According to city records, the new lease for Mercurys Coffee Co. at City Center is for 10 years.
