A new wine bar has opened in Old Bellevue. Valentinas Wine Bar is now operating at 10204 Main Street, in the space formerly occupied by Rouge Cocktail Lounge.
The drink menu at Valentinas includes a range of offerings such as daily and custom wine flights, beer, non-alcoholic beer, champagne, rosé, red and white wines, dessert wine, soda, and espresso.
The food menu includes small plates such as pretzel with mustard, a variety of boards served with roasted baguette slices and crackers, including pesto with burrata and warm brie with fig paste, as well as flatbreads and sandwiches like Italian and caprese paninis.
Dessert options are also available, including espresso poured over vanilla bean gelato and a mixed berry cake.
Valentinas is open daily from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Rouge Cocktail Lounge closed in March 2025 after six years in operation. The owners, Mary and Chris Kenney, opened Rouge in November 2021.
Known for its curated cocktail selection, the lounge also served as a local performance venue, featuring live music and a vintage piano. The owners said they accepted an offer that would allow “another business to thrive in the space.”
