State & Liberty, a men’s clothing retailer specializing in athletic-fit apparel, is scheduled to open at The Bellevue Collection on November 14, 2025. The store will be located on the second level of Bellevue Square, near Center Court. It will span just over 1,400 square feet.
Founded in 2015 by co-founders Steven Fisher and Lee Moffie, State & Liberty was created to offer professional clothing designed for individuals with athletic builds. Fisher and Moffie, who continue to serve as joint CEOs, developed the brand with the goal of producing dress shirts that combine a tailored fit with performance fabrics.
The company now operates more than 30 stores across the United States and one in Canada. At Bellevue Square, State & Liberty will join other menswear retailers, including Suit Supply and Indochino, which are both located on the first level. Comparable brands also include Rhone and Bonobos.
State & Liberty’s products are made from a Nylon/Poly/Spandex blend, a fabric designed to provide advantages over traditional cotton. The material offers four-way stretch, moisture-wicking, lightweight comfort, wrinkle resistance, and machine washability. The clothing is constructed to maintain a tailored fit while allowing flexibility and ease of movement.
The Bellevue Square location will be the brand’s first in the Pacific Northwest.
