The Penthouse Suite at One Lincoln Tower is available for rent for $17,500 per month. Just in case you were wondering, that is about $583 per day or $210,000 annually. The 4,500 square-foot, 2-bedroom, 2½-bath home resides on the 41st floor. The multilevel penthouse has floor to ceiling glass windows allowing for unobstructed views of Mt. Rainer, Lake Washington, and the Seattle skyline.
Amenities within the home include a large Chihuly glass fixture, home theatre, fitness room, Italian furnishings, and designer art adorning the walls. Not to be overlooked, it also includes the amenities provided by the Westin Hotel at the base of the building.
The personal touches for this home cannot be realized by words. Take a look through the gallery of images below.

I thought you already did an April Fools?
Is it really 45,000 square foot?
@LD Wow, we’ve been bad about sq ft lately. I have updated..it’s mean to be 4,500.
There are a ton of fancy penthouses either for sale (Bellevue Towers) or for Rent Elements Too, Braven, and now Lincoln Square. From what I’ve been told by realtors / managers is that no one is nibbling on the larger fancier properties, everyone is still gun shy about the economy. I highly doubt anyone will rent this place at $17,500. Maybe if it was on the west side with the ultimate view of seattle you might get a nibble.
Good Luck owners!
It is a gorgeous property for sure 😛
only 2 bedrooms?? They must be huge!
I believe the annual price should be $210,000 not “$210,00″… missing a zero
I really like the article though. I’ve always wondered how much rent those places would have to charge. I think the Westen should just make that apart of its hotel or have the owner make an agreement with them. I bet they could charge $1,000 a night and you would get a good amount of people booking it.
I was fortunate to have been able to see this unit. It is stunning to say the least. Great post!
