Golden tickets are available to visitors who tour Washington Square’s condos and townhomes. Tickets will be honored September through December to potential homebuyers who are at least 21 years old. Schedule a tour by calling (425) 974-7000 or by visiting the Washington Square sales center at 943 107th Place NE in Bellevue. The sales center is open noon-6pm Monday through Saturday and noon-5pm Sunday.
Top Pot Doughnuts, open daily, is located at 10600 NE 9th Place, within walking distance of Washington Square.
