Three developers will start construction on nearly 560 apartments in downtown Bellevue this year, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal.
Last week the City of Bellevue approved Alamo Manhattan’s design for the 1.5-acre site at 10505 Main St. Two six-story buildings will include 260 apartments, 7,000 square feet of retail space, and 319 parking stalls. The project will replace both Pet Pros and King & I Thai Cuisine, the PSBJ reported.
Skansa USA also aims to start construction on Alley 111, an approximately 240-unit development, at 11011 NE Ninth St.
Meanwhile, Seattle’s Low Income Housing Institute plans to build a 57-unit project at 204 111th Ave. NE.
