Build a family wavepool like they have in BC. Keep it clean and bright. It gives families, tourists, dads-with-visitation, etc a marvelous venue to make their kids happy (and tired at end of day) with an awesome spot especially on our rainy days.

Downtown Bellevue shouldn’t be open to everything as long as they have the funds and the land. Keep it limited and secure. It should be an attraction, but not attract the wrong folks. We definitely do not want to go through the tragedies experienced in Boston or New York. Too much building can cause much congestion, too.
