If you’ve visited Purple Café or Barrio on a busy Friday or Saturday night (even some weeknights) you’ve probably experienced a long line to get into, or even full to capacity, Bellevue Towers’ parking garage.
Purple and Barrio now have 3 options for free validated parking while dining. In addition to Bellevue Towers, which has been available from the start, now available is the parking across the street from Purple Café at Ampco System Parking Surface Lot on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays after 5pm (this lot typically services California Pizza Kitchen). Also now available for customers is the Key Bank Building Surface Lot every day after 5pm on weekdays and every day on weekends.
This will help alleviate the congestion while parking at Bellevue Towers when visiting Purple or Barrio.
This is very good news to hear. Such a hassle to park the car there, just been parking a block or two away and walking.
I only go there for lunch because of this, now I can go for dinner too!
This is very good. All those business parking lots, empty during non-business hours, could be put to good use for evening dining and entertainment.
Definitely good news for all. Most businesses are having challenging enough times without having to deal with lack of parking … (just ask those proprietors in downtown Kirkland).
Huh? Those lots were already free after about 7pm. I park there all the time whe I’m going to Tap House or CPK…
