According to city and county records Shanghai Shanghai Chinese Restaurant has plans to open at the base of 989 Elements Building at, 989 112th Ave NE.
Shanghai Shanghai takes over the space within 989 Elements on floor 2, which Vertigo Lounge & Grill previously occupied. According to photos posted on Facebook (see below), the interior design elements of the restaurant have been kept very similar to when Vertigo was in business. Vertigo closed in 2010.
At the time of this release an opening date has not yet been set.
