In preparation for the upcoming construction for the planned Marriott AC Hotel at 106th PL NE & NE 2nd St, the long-time R&R Adult Toys store has recently closed in downtown Bellevue. To the best of our knowledge this is the only adult store in downtown Bellevue. We could not find official records, but the store had been open for over 15 years.
The City of Bellevue approved the design for the new project in September, which is planned for 7-stories, 110,000 square feet and 234 hotel units.
