A proposed four-tower office development at 100 112th Ave. NE in downtown Bellevue is seeking renewed Design Review approval from the City of Bellevue.
Known as Belle Vista, the project would redevelop the block bounded by Main Street, NE 2nd Street, 112th Avenue NE, and 114th Avenue NE. The proposal remains largely unchanged from a previously approved design review and is seeking reapproval under current city code, which allows for a longer approval period.
The development would be built in two phases and include approximately 1.36 million square feet of office space, 38,895 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and ground-floor active uses. Plans call for four office towers ranging from 13 to 14 stories tall, along with five levels of underground parking providing about 2,100 stalls.
The project would replace the existing 179-room Sheraton hotel and two restaurant buildings (Bellevue Grill and Azteca) currently on the site.
Plans also include more than 24,000 square feet of publicly accessible outdoor plaza space, exceeding the city’s minimum requirement. The plazas would be connected by pedestrian pathways and feature landscaping, seating, lighting, weather protection, and ground-floor retail spaces designed to activate the public areas.
According to project documents, the development is intended to create a pedestrian-oriented environment by locating parking below ground and prioritizing outdoor gathering spaces and walkability throughout the site.
