Last week, Bosa Development began demolition of existing restaurant structures at Bellevue Way NE and NE 2nd St. This work is in preparation for groundbreaking of One88 condominiums. This news comes following the official signage surrounding the property that went up for the luxury condominium project in February.
One88 is planned as a 21-story condo building with 147 units. The pre-sales are expected to happen later this year with the anticipated opening planned for 2019.
