Sales have relaunched at MARI Bellevue, a 138-unit luxury condominium tower in downtown Bellevue. The project, located one block from Bellevue Square, recorded three sales during its first week back on the market and is now 60% sold, with 50 residences remaining.
The 20-story building offers a range of residences, including studios priced below $500,000, one-bedroom homes starting in the $700,000s, two-bedroom residences from $1.4 million, three-bedroom homes from $2.3 million, and penthouses priced above $5 million. All residences are move-in ready.
MARI features a rooftop SkyClub and open-air SkyDeck with views of Lake Washington, the Cascade Range, and the Olympic Mountains.
The development is located on the northwest edge of downtown Bellevue near the Vuecrest and Clyde Hill neighborhoods while remaining within walking distance of Bellevue Square and other downtown amenities.
The relaunch comes as buyers continue to show interest in condominium living in Bellevue. According to the sales team, purchasers include first-time buyers, technology professionals, downsizers, and those seeking a part-time residence in downtown Bellevue.
Residences on floors three through 15 include studios, one-bedroom homes, one-bedroom-plus-den layouts, and two-bedroom residences priced from below $500,000 to $1.65 million. These homes feature 9-foot-8-inch ceilings and Bosch appliances.
The upper floors include the AIRE collection and penthouse residences, offering two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans. Features include ceilings approaching 12 feet, views of Lake Washington, the Seattle skyline, and the Cascade and Olympic mountain ranges, along with Gaggenau and Thermador appliances.
According to the sales team, many buyers of the upper-floor residences are downsizing from larger single-family homes in West Bellevue, Clyde Hill, and Medina while maintaining a residence in Bellevue.
With 138 residences, MARI is positioned as an alternative to some of downtown Bellevue’s larger condominium towers, offering a smaller residential community in the city’s urban core.
The Gwo Piña Buchanan team of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty has been appointed to lead the sellout of the remaining residences. Additional information is available at maribellevue.com.
