According to various real estate agents, One88 condo pre-sales have been successful since launching over a week ago. Reports are that there are only 20 units remaining, with the lowest priced unit starting at $1.8M.
One88 luxury condos will be home to 147 residences, with one, two, and three bedroom units. Pricing started from the low $800Ks. The project is anticipated to begin move-ins early 2020.
The One88 team started sales contracts in late February. This requires 5% of the purchase price due at signing and 5% due on August 31st, 2018.
A representative for Bosa said they would release sales updates in early March.
