Bambu Bellevue recently opened at Belle Arts Condominiums. The Vietnamese style cafe is located on 108th Avenue Northeast, across the street from H Mart, an Asian supermarket.
The drink shop offers coffee, tea, Asian-inspired chè and fruit smoothies. Popular drink choices include their oolong sea salt tea, hazelnut mocha, strawberry smoothie, and passion fruit juice. There are 21 different drinks on the menu.
Bambu has multiple franchises throughout the United States. There are six other cafes in Washington, with Bellevue being the first location to open on the Eastside.
