An application has been submitted to the City of Bellevue for redevelopment of the proposed project, “Four 106″, by Fana Group of Companies. The development will also include retail and parking space.

The office tower height has increased from 17 stories to 21 stories. The project includes a two-phase Master Development Plan to replace 3 existing office buildings with the 21-story office tower and a 5-story office building with retail space and about 1,100 underground parking stalls.

The Design Review that has recently been submitted is for Phase 1. This includes the 21-story tower with 426,091 gross floor area of office at the intersection of Northeast 4th Street and 106th Avenue Northeast, and a 1-story pavilion with 8,585 retail square feet, 4,431 of public commons, frontage improvements, and other improvements on the Key Bank site. Phase 1 is required to be finished prior to redevelopment of the Key Bank site with the 5-story office building in Phase 2.

Phase 2 development is planned as a 5-story office building with 116,566 gross floor area of office, 6,659 square feet of retail, and 8,580 of public commons.

We first reported on this project in February 2020. The address for the first phase is 350 106th Avenue Northeast. The address for Phase 2 is 10655 Northeast 4th Street.
