MARI, the new luxury condominium building currently under construction, has officially topped off. The final beam was recently set and signed on the top floor of the new tower, according to MARI Bellevue.
Since sales began in spring 2023, the boutique collection of condos has sold over 25% of their residences. Buyers are invited to explore model home features and finishes, as well as renderings and floor plans within the sales gallery.
Located at 10232 Northeast 10th Street, the building features 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom living spaces. There are 138 homes in total, with three levels of below-grade parking and 160 stalls.
Aside from beautiful views, the residences include custom Italian kitchen cabinetry with paneled refrigerator and dishwasher doors, shower jets, and porcelain or stone tile work in the bathrooms.
Amenities for MARI include access to the 20th floor rooftop, the SkyClub at MARI, which is a private parlor with full kitchen, fireplace, and double-height ceilings, and a landscaped SkyDeck at MARI with flame grill stations. Peak Fitness Center and Harmony Yoga Studio are a part of the wellness program, and there is also a 24-hour concierge.
Create World Real Estate, a Seattle-area real estate firm, is the developer. The lead architect is Bellevue-based MZA, and the designer for the interior space is an award-winning design firm, B + H.
The high-rise tower first began construction in October 2021. The interior is mixed with traditional and modern flair, as well as Pacific Northwest-inspired design.
Estimated completion of MARI is less than a year away in spring 2024.
