Frankie4, the science-backed footwear brand from Australia, will be opening a permanent location at Bellevue Square on the second level. It will be located where Johnston & Murphy was previously, and near shops like The Body Shop and Woods Coffee. The address is 2023 Bellevue Square.
The award-winning brand opened a pop-up shop on the first level of Bellevue Square in April 2023. At the time, it was the brand’s second retail presence in the United States, after opening a pop-up shop in Capitol Hill 18 months prior.
Frankie4 carries science-backed, fashion-forward footwear for women in sizes 6-13. From sandals, sneakers, slides, boots, and heels, the company has a wide selection of shoes. Each shoe features built-in arch support and comes with Sole Saver packs that allow women to customize the fit of their shoes.
The footwear brand was founded in Australia in 2011 and is deeply rooted in the belief that women shouldn’t have to sacrifice comfort for style.
The shoe company is also planned to launch on Nordstrom.com in late July. Customers will have the opportunity to shop a curated selection of the bestselling Frankie4 shoes.
Johnston & Murphy closed at this location in 2023. The company is a long-standing footwear chain for men and women that sells classic accessories and apparel. It is one of the oldest American footwear companies still in operation. Johnston & Murphy is owned by Genesco Inc.
