A new restaurant featuring a variety of crepes is opening January 15th. It is located on the second level of Brio Apartments. The crepes are Asian-influenced with some Mexican flavors.
The menu features crepe tacos with flavors like salt and pepper tofu and black pepper steak, freshly crafted creperitos like crispy shrimp, and gourmet salad bowls. They also have dessert options like a strawberry Nutella crepe, oreo sensation, and strawberry delight.
The fast-casual restaurants has indoor seating and a walk-up counter to place orders. The space is 920 square feet. Magellan Architects built-out the interior.
Robert Zhu is the owner of Creperito. He also owns Crepe Legends in Tukwila at Southcenter Mall, which opened in 2021 and has a similar concept.
Brio Apartments is located at 11130 Northeast 10th Street. The complex also has popular retailer, Farine Bakery & Cafe. The restaurant opened in September 2022 and features baked goods and bistro fare. The eatery has all day breakfast, pastries, desserts, fresh breads, sandwiches, and coffee.
