New Renderings Emerge of Bellevue Club’s Two-Tower Residential Project

Bellevue Club Expansion

In May 2023, Bellevue Club, an athletic and social club on the Eastside, applied for an expansion on the property, which would include two residential towers. Since then, new renderings have surfaced of the planned development.

According to City of Bellevue records, The Bellevue Club Residences would include 262 luxury condominium or apartment units amongst two towers. There will be 1,150 parking spaces for residences and club members, and about 87,000 square feet of high-end amenity spaces.

The mixed-use project consists of a 6-story podium with club and residence parking, club amenities, residential amenities, and a wellness spa. Two high rise towers will be located at the top of the podium, rising 16 stories above for a total of 22 stories per tower.

The expansion of the Bellevue Club will add to the Athletic Club’s current offerings, which already consists of 250,000 square feet of wellness facilities and a 66-key hotel. The expansion will introduce new amenities like an indoor natatorium, multipurpose gym, and locker room facilities. Residents of these towers will have access to exclusive amenities including a private residential pool, while also being granted membership to the Athletic Club facilities.

The architecture group for this project is Dahlin. According to the firm’s website, “A landscaped promenade between the Bellevue Club and the new structure will create an active pedestrian corridor with ground-level plazas and activities as well as overlooking podium deck amenities with stunning mountain views of the region and downtown Bellevue.”

We reached out to a representative for the Bellevue Club that explained it is uncertain if this project will come to fruition, as securing financing for such a large-scale project could be a challenge.
