Himalayan Coffee to Open at One Bellevue Center

Himalayan Coffee

Himalayan Coffee, a family-owned business based in Seattle, is set to expand to Bellevue with a new location at One Bellevue Center. Scheduled to open in March 2025, the coffee shop will be located at 411 108th Avenue NE, marking its first location outside Seattle.

Known for its commitment to quality, Himalayan Coffee uses premium ingredients, including coffee beans sourced from the Himalayan region. These beans are grown at elevations ranging from 4,000 to 6,000 feet above sea level, contributing to their unique flavor profile.

The menu at Himalayan Coffee will offer a wide selection of beverages, including espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and smoothies. Additionally, the food menu will feature more than 20 flavors of macarons alongside pastries, breakfast burritos, panini, and breakfast sandwiches.

This new Bellevue location will be the second for Himalayan Coffee, joining the first shop on 6th Avenue in Seattle.

One Bellevue Center is an office complex in downtown Bellevue, home to major tenants like eBay Inc., which reduced its footprint in 2019 from 90,000 square feet to 73,680 square feet. Walgreens is another prominent tenant at the property.
