InterContinental Bellevue has announced an exclusive partnership with Saks Fifth Avenue to introduce the retailer’s Fifth Avenue Club to the luxury hotel, adding a new high-end, personalized shopping experience to its lineup of guest amenities.

According to a recent announcement on InterContinental Bellevue’s Instagram account, the Fifth Avenue Club will offer a private, personalized shopping experience for hotel guests, Avenue Bellevue residents, and local Fifth Avenue Club members. The service is designed to deliver luxury wardrobe consultations and curated fashion selections in an elegant, one-on-one setting.

The experience includes private appointments with Saks Stylists, featuring designer collections, tailored recommendations, personal shopping services, and access to exclusive events. Precision alterations are also offered in a luxurious and discreet environment.

The partnership builds on the upscale positioning of InterContinental Bellevue at The Avenue, which held its grand opening in July 2024. The property is the first InterContinental Hotel to open in the Pacific Northwest, and also marked the brand’s first U.S. launch since 2017. The hotel features 208 rooms, with nightly rates ranging from $500 to $7,200, and interiors that include bespoke headboards, Italian vegan leather furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Located at the corner of Northeast 8th Street and Bellevue Way, InterContinental Bellevue is part of the larger Avenue Bellevue development, a billion-dollar mixed-use project at 10300 Northeast 8th Street. Avenue Bellevue features two towers, one housing the InterContinental hotel and 141 luxury residences known as Estate Homes, and the other containing 224 additional residential units.

In September 2024, Avenue Bellevue underwent a change in ownership. Andy Lakha, CEO of Fortress Development, transferred ownership of the project to an affiliate of Silverstein Capital Partners, a New York-based real estate investment firm. Silverstein Capital Partners had been an early lender on the project and now oversees full property management.
