More than 50 percent of the condominiums at One Main Street Condos have been sold and interest continues to be high, according to One Main Street Condominiums representatives.
Last weekend 35 tour groups viewed the model homes, and within the past week One Main Street Condos has received 6 new mutually accepted offers.
30 homes have been sold so far, and there are still 28 one- and two-bedroom condominiums available. The homes are listed on www.onemainstreet.com, with prices starting at $319,000.
