‘Bellevue Park Hotel’ Project Makes Progress

bellevue_park_hotelThe Bellevue Park Hotel has received design approval and recently filed for permission to demolish the 2-story building on the current site, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal.

The 4-star hotel project is across the street from the Bellevue Downtown Park. The hotel was originally slated to break ground in 2010 and be complete in 2012. The boutique hotel has recently restarted its progress, which is planned to be made up of 108-guestrooms and 5,000 square feet of banquet/ballroom space.

The Bellevue Park Hotel website also boasts that there will be a 90-seat chef-driven restaurant with an ‘exceptional’ cocktail bar. This news comes shortly after recent news of an application filed for a new Marriott hotel in Downtown Bellevue.
