With seven concepts to offer at Lincoln South Food Hall, Burger Brawler is known for its prime steak burgers, hand cut gravy fries, and variety of brews on tap. After opening in January 2018, customers have been able to enjoy an eclectic, locally inspired taproom with inventive cocktails and an intimate, energetic dining area.

Jeffrey Frederick, concept creator and partner in the LSFH project, believes that “a great burger is centered on the bun, beef, and cheese. Not the topping or the “special” sauce. We have got the best of all three, thus, one of the best burgers in Bellevue.”

All menu items are made with locally sourced ingredients and exceptional flavor. “Must haves” include; the “Burger Brawler”, a simple burger with beef, cheese and bun, Katsu Hot Burger, Fishwich, and Garlic Butter and Parmesan Fries. The menu also includes salads, snacks and desserts like Fried Oreos and Cereal Milk.

There are currently 25 beers on tap. The menu is formatted light to dark beer, offering mainly locals brews, with the exception of Shocktop, Bud Light, Elysian Space Dust and Melvin’s 2×4. The price ranges between $3.50 and $5. They also offer wine, 6 hand-crafted cocktails, and a full bar. This restaurant is unique in that it offers the ability to “can” any unfinished beer for patrons to take home. They also have the only Guinness beer infuser (currently used with coffee) offered in the Pacific Northwest.

Burger Brawler is open daily for lunch and dinner. For more information on their menu and restaurant hours, please visit their website.
